My name is Keith and I live in Washington, D.C., where I teach high school Spanish in the public school system. I have four years of teaching experience, along with several years tutoring experience, starting while I was still an undergrad in college. I have a bachelor's degree in Spanish, and also an M.Ed. I've tutored a diverse population of students in a wide range of subjects, from middle school students learning mathematics, to non-native speaking adults learning to speak English. I'm qualified to tutor elementary and middle school math, algebra 1, English, English as a second language, and Spanish. I'm a problem-solver who looks forward to helping you or your student take on and master your learning challenges. I match my tutoring style to the student's learning style in order to make substantial progress.When I'm not working, I like sampling the cuisine at the many wonderful restaurants in D.C., running, and playing bocce. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and learning about different cultures through travel. I'm currently planning a trip to Colombia!
